Hi. I’m Roger James Hamilton, and I’m the creator of the Wealth Dynamics Profiling System for entrepreneurs. To the right of me is Carlos Slim, the richest man in the world according to Forbes Magazine. I met him at the Clinton Global Initiative, which Bill Clinton created to connect entrepreneurs and companies with charities and causes.
It would be easy for me to aspire to be like Carlos or Bill. They have both achieved amazing things in their life. But I don’t. Instead I aspire to be the best that I can be. Wealth Dynamics is about you aspiring to be the best that you can be. If you Google “Wealth Dynamics” you will see there are many sites promoting the Wealth Dynamics Test. This site is a little different. I’ve created it to give you a sense of why I created Wealth Dynamics, and where you can go to find out more if you choose to. All the links you need to know all there is to know are right here on this page.
First, back to Carlos and Bill. The Wealth Dynamics test is about finding your path of least resistance – your flow. I am a Creator profile, which means I am best at starting new things, and will be in flow when starting companies (but not great at the detail). Carlos Slim is an Accumulator profile, which means he his great at the detail and data (like Warren Buffett) and he has made his fortune by spotting opportunities to buy companies and see them grow. Bill Clinton is a Star profile (like Oprah Winfrey), which means he is great at branding and connecting with people, but not so strong at the systems. If I followed either of their strategies (which work for them) I would soon be out of my flow – because those strategies would take me my weaknesses instead of my strengths. Add to that the Wealth Spectrum (which are the nine levels of each profile) and you soon see how important it is to start with who you are and where you are to move forward. Bill Clinton is at Indigo level, which simply means he is beyond just making money, and is now dedicating his life as a Changemaker on global issues. He spends all his time with other Changemakers who aren’t so interest in making money as redirecting money. Carlos Slim is at Blue level (below Indigo), which means he is a conductor of multiple businesses and knows how to make millions in minutes just by shifting his capital. I am at Green level (below Blue), which means I am a performer focused at building my teams and profit. Each level has different steps and each day we wake up with entirely different focuses. The levels start at Infrared (when your personal cash flow is going backwards) and move all the way through the spectrum. Applying the wrong strategy at the wrong time is the reason for most failures in wealth. For example, if I tried Carlos Slim’s Blue strategy while I’m still at Green, I would not have my enterprises set up well enough to be recapitalising them or dealing with multiple shareholders, and my teams would soon fall apart. If I tried Bill Clinton’s strategy of saving the world when I should be minding my own businesses… you get the idea. Here’s a video of me explaining both Wealth Dynamics and the Wealth Spectrum:
